THE DETAILS

Purposeful fabrication. Precise fit.

Cracked rail, broken bracket, bent mount? We weld and fabricate removable marine parts in aluminum and stainless steel, then return them ready to bolt back on.

Welding is limited to parts that can be removed from the boat and brought to the bench. We don't weld on hulls, fuel tanks or anything still installed on the vessel.

Rails & stanchions

Bow and stern rails, grab rails and stanchions repaired or re-welded.

Brackets & mounts

Engine, transducer, antenna and accessory brackets repaired or made new.

T-tops & towers

Cracked joints and broken tube on removable tops and towers.

Swim platforms & ladders

Aluminum and stainless platforms, ladders and fittings.

Custom fabrication

Small brackets, plates and fittings made to fit your boat.

Removable parts only

Parts come off the boat and are welded on the bench; no hull or tank welding.

SIGNS IT’S TIME

When to call us.

  • A rail or stanchion is cracked or loose at the weld
  • A bracket or mount has broken off
  • A tower or T-top joint has started to crack
  • You need a bracket that doesn't exist off the shelf
  • A ladder or platform fitting has failed

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Your questions.

Do you weld on the boat itself?

No. We weld removable parts only: rails, brackets, mounts, towers, ladders and similar pieces that can be taken off and brought to the bench. We don't weld hulls, fuel tanks or installed components.

Which metals do you weld?

Aluminum and stainless steel, the two metals most marine hardware is made from.
